Summary: No quality control.
Comment: The assembly was a pain right from the start. The first thing it tells you to do is insert the top bar into the bottom bar. This is how you will be able to adjust the height. Sounds easy enough. However whoever sends the products out obviously does not check to make sure that there are no defective parts. There was a piece of metal sticking out on the inside of the bottom bar so that there was no possible way for the top bar to go in. I tried to chip the piece of metal off but it was too solid. Determined not to have to put up with the inconvenience of sending it back, I removed the rubber from the bar so it would be able to fit. Moving on, the holes would not line up right so I needed a hammer to make everything line up. The wheels are cheap and don't roll very well at all. The desk is okay now that its assembled, but it was not worth hassle that it took to assemble it. I know now never to buy anything that needs assembly unless it promises quality assurance.

Summary: Dismayed
Comment: The quality of the parts are great, but assembling is a mess. Holes were not drilled in some of the metal parts. After much struggling, the desk was ready for height adjustment. When my husband pulled up on the table to adjust it to the desired height, the tabletop came off including pulling the anchor screws out of the wood. I was already upset from the assembling problems and this just iced the cake. I had read rave reviews about the product and then a couple of bad reviews. Unfortunately, I chose to ignore the bad reviews. My mistake. I returned the product and am awaiting a refund. Had parts worked properly, this would have been the perfect desk for me.

Summary: Don't bother
Comment: Bought this desk from another site. Firts shipment had a dented tube, so bracket would not fit on it. Customer service was excellent - shipped replacement by 2-day UPS, but replacement bar had badly tapped hole on bar. Third replacement had holes drilled out of line. Fourth shipment, the company sent a whole new desk. Although the customer service is GREAT, there seems to be absolutely NO quality control, and I think the factory in China is not very experienced.

Summary: Cheap, poorly designed and frustrating
Comment: This product is impossible to put together properly. The pieces don't fit. It comes with a little hex wrench that is supposed to tighten the screws, but the last two screws won't tighten all the way, leaving me with a wobbly stand. It's a cheap piece of junk. I'm very unhappy with it. It's either going back to the seller or into the trash.

Summary: nope... very bad!
Comment: Ok... the screws get screwed into a piece of plastic and 50% of them were stripped within a minute of opening the box. Ive put LOTS of these types of furniture together before and this is the worst I've seen yet.
It just doesnt work.
